I know most of the world is getting super excited for spring
But for those of us living upside the world
we don't really have that luxury
to be honest, it's kind of killing me that everyone is getting ready for summer- Sydney's summer was the biggest disappointment
and before it really even began, we're getting ready for autumn
Although, autumn is my favourite time of the year
The sun is still balmy, the days are still longer
and it's the beginning of light layering.
To me, Miranda Kerr is the queen of the perfect autumn layering
A touch of class and a lot of street cred

shopping | on my mind
The only thing on my mind recently has been floral anything and neon. I'm so addicted to wearing pants these days, it's perfect for the ambivalent weather that we've been having recently. There's so much choice and I feel like a kid in a candy store. I'm kind of in love with the Current/Elliott pair of neon leopard print jeans. But I think it's too ccrrrrazy.
But it's love.

If you live in Sydney, you'd understand how much of a pain in the butt the weather has been lately. It's been playing us hot and cold for the past few days, the warm spring weather that we should be getting seems to be only mildly longer than Kim Kardashian's wedding. Sorry, low-blow I know but I had to go there. It's been all over the news and my tumblr. (Really says something about society, eh? Not that I'm one to complain).

If I was $$$ like Kimmy (i feel like we're BFFs) I would be wearing this on the days when Mr Weatherman is giving me the cold shoulder. Of course, Kimmy will try to encourage me into something tighter, lower and belted at the waist. Alas, I do not have that infamous figure.

I remember a few years ago I saw a gorgeous Anna Sui star printed dress on net-a-porter and I LOVED it. The price tag was definitely high but I remember going onto the site everyday for a few weeks looking at it online. Recently, my love for star print has been re-ignited by D&G. I found this cheaper version online but I'm still unsure about midi-length dresses. I saw a similar on on ASOS with a shorter length so maybeeeee....
But I have a few things on my w i s h l i s t so we shall see
